Program Committee

This committee is responsible for the planning of membership meetings, field trips, and other member activities of the organization.

Specific duties include:

·       Arrange for programs and potluck suppers for the monthly meetings.

·       Organize periodic field trips, visits to other historical societies, and other educational functions and activities of interest to the members or beneficial to the organization.

·       Notify membership of upcoming activities.

·       Provide budgetary needs to Finance Committee for inclusion in annual budget.

·       Maintain minutes of committee meetings.

·       Provide report to Board of Directors at each board meeting.
